Unmarried.ca is a new site dedicated to about sharing information leading up too and post divorce. We hope to offer some insight, share some ideas about one of the most painful experiences known to man and woman or man to man and woman to woman (outside of the death of a loved one).
Becoming divorced myself officially in July 2007, I’ve counselled a many friends and family members on:
- My recommendation of when to seek legal counsel.
- See the signs of abuse, whether it be financial or mental.
- Think of the children (if any and how they view it).
- Course’s to take to prepare yourself mentally for what lies ahead.
- When to simply pop a chew of bubble gum into your mouth to keep you from sounding off.
- Prepare the exit and do it quietly.
- etc.
In essence I’m just one guy who got married, then became unmarried after not making it to his 3rd wedding anniversary. This will be my story, names will not be mentioned nor all of my scenarios provided as working examples but you will get a feel as I type about real examples of which names, dates will be changed.
